Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

I use a combination of Crystals, Essential Oils and traditional Reiki hand placements to move negative energy and balance the chakras. I also use the power of the traditional Reiki Symbols, only taught to those who have been given proper Reiki attunements, to help channel and strengthen our energy healing session. Let go of stress and anxiety, minor aches and pains, emotional blocks and chaos within the mind.  

During a Reiki Session you will receive a full body Reiki Healing, Crystal Healing, Chakra Balance, Sound Healing and a personalised Essential Oil blend to trigger positive emotions, which you take home to help keep the positive vibes flowing. This blend is put together intuitively to help you clear emotional blocks specific to you.

What are the Chakras and why do they need balancing?

The Chakras are the body's Energy Centres. Located in different areas of the body, think of them as an invisible wheel. As we draw energy in and out from those around us and situations we place ourselves in, our Chakras filter the energy through our bodies. If we surround ourselves with negative people, often they tend to drain us (I call them energy vampires!) and lower our vibrational level, and mood! This can result in unbalanced and blocked Chakras, which can also manifest into physical and emotional pain. A Chakra Balance clears this built up negative energy and replaces it with clean, positive energy. This allows us to protect ourselves from taking on others' negative energy and also helps us to manifest positive things into our lives. A Chakra Balance can improve mood and over all physical and emotional well-being. It's also great relaxation to help with stress, anxiety and depression.

Relax while we shift negative energy from your life and invite positive emotions. Reiki sessions, Emotional Triggering Sessions and Chakra balancing are done by a Certified Reiki Master and Intuitive Reader.

The energy work that I do is designed to clear the energetic system of unwanted trauma, balance emotions and encourage the body to heal and balance itself.  You may go through a detoxifying process after a treatment with me for up to 3 days.  Within this cleansing period you may or may not experience some minor symptoms such as tummy rumbles, slight upset tummy, slight headache, a running nose and slight cold symptoms or more perspiration than usual. You may have a desire to rest and/or sleep.  Despite these minor symptoms you should feel well and they should be regarded as positive reactions showing that the body is healing itself and should be supported rather than stopped and not suppressed with medications so that these toxins can leave the body in their own way.  

Generally clients leave the sessions feeling more relaxed, calm and refreshed, with improved sleep and sense of overall well being.

After your treatment please drink plenty of water and try to relax.  It is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol and other toxins.

In these sessions we focus on a key emotional pattern or cycle and look at triggers, age of cause, generational line and where in body it is stored - including energy centres, organs, brain centre and aura layer.

We use a combination of commands, statements and kinesiology techniques to clear the trigger all the way up the generational line.

By clearing these triggers we begin to respond to situations in a positive way, rather than reacting in a negative way. We begin to realise when we are being triggered and can then handle the situation better. We clear self sabotage and soul contracts to allow ourselves to drop some energetic and emotional baggage. We can look at trauma and begin to release our negative connection to that time and move forward. 

These sessions are not about re-living pain and trauma. They are designed to acknowledge these moments and move forward from them, releasing negative connections and self sabotaging patterns.

Sessions take up to 90 minutes and are held in store at 2/18 Duggan st Toowoomba.

Why do I need Magnesium?

Are there any side effects?

Sometimes the skin can tingle / itch after application of magnesium oils, sprays and creams. The reason for this can be because the pH levels of magnesium is quite high compared to the skin. Also, it is believed that the tingle can be present if the body is quite deficient in magnesium. The more you use it, the less you should feel it. If it is too irritating you can try applying a moisturiser to the skin first or applying 20 minutes (that's how long it takes for the magnesium to absorb into your body) before a shower then washing off. Our magnesium cream is made for sensitive skin and has no essential oils, so you can try this also. Please consult a doctor before using if pregnant or before using on children (we recommend using the magnesium cream for kids over 2 with a doctor's OK.) If irritation persists, please cease use.

Have you seen our range of Laundry Crystals? Used as a fabric softener and fragrance, simply add 1 to 2 tablespoons to your front loader or 2 to 3 tablespoons to your top loader, and wash on your regular wash cycle with your usual washing powder or liquid.
