These beautiful smudge sticks are made of dried White Sage and Rosemary. They measure approximately 10cm long x 2.5cm thick.

Rosemary is often use for protective energy as well as insight, wisdom and purification.

Sage is used for clearing negativity inside and outside ourselves, from our house, room, office, or any other type of structure. We use it to cleanse our auras, too.
